The service is delivered directly by qualified personnel with hands-on experience on management systems and certified as AICQ-SICEV Auditor — the recognised body for the certification of professional auditors of management systems in Italy.

Second-party and third-party auditing

We perform internal audits on the Client's Management Systems as an independent third-party auditor, and second-party audits on the Client's suppliers (qualification audits, surveillance audits, follow-up on non-conformities). All audits are conducted in accordance with the principles of UNI EN ISO 19011 and produce a structured report with findings, observations and recommendations.

ACCREDIA (the Italian National Accreditation Body for certification bodies, www.accredia.it) has established that consulting operators and conformity assessment operators must possess the institutional, organisational, technical and ethical requirements needed to ensure the effective fulfilment of their mission, demonstrable through qualification.

CQA System personnel meets this requirement as AICQ-SICEV Certified Auditor for the sectors of plastics processing, metallic materials and non-metallic materials, and as AICQ Qualified for Environmental Management Systems.
