2. Data collected by the website
This website is built using static technology (HTML/CSS) and does not use data collection forms, user accounts, third-party traffic analysis systems, or profiling cookies.
The personal data processed is limited to:
- Browsing data automatically recorded by the web server systems (IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, access time). This data is processed in aggregated form for statistical purposes, IT security and the proper delivery of the service.
- Data voluntarily provided by the user when contacting the Controller via e-mail (name, contact details, message content). Processing takes place exclusively to respond to the request received.
3. Legal basis and purposes of processing
- Performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to respond to information requests or quotations.
- Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for the IT security of the site and the prevention of abuse.

4. Methods and retention periods
Browsing data is retained for the time strictly necessary for its function (normally not more than 12 months). E-mail communications are retained for the time needed to manage the relationship with the Data Subject and, subsequently, in accordance with retention obligations under applicable law.

Data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties. It may be processed by parties duly appointed as Data Processors (hosting providers, IT service providers) solely for the technical purposes of service delivery.
