CQA System Sas has successfully operated since 2002 in the fields of technical consulting, prototyping and industrial procurement, supporting Italian manufacturing companies, with a particular specialisation in the plastics processing industry and advanced technical engineering.
The organisation is structured into three operating divisions, each with distinct competences and responsibilities, managed in synergy to provide the Client with a single point of contact capable of supporting them from product development, to Management System qualification, to the search for industrial suppliers on international markets.

Consulting ISO 9001 · ISO 14001
Consulting, auditing and training on Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001). Implementation, maintenance, internal and second-party audits on suppliers. Personnel qualified as AICQ-SICEV Certified Auditor. Already operational on the transition to the upcoming ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 14001:2026 revisions.

Production of prototypes and pre-series of technical parts for geometric and functional testing, in collaboration with a partner company with thirty years of experience in the sector. Full service from 3D design to delivery of the mathematical models required for series moulds. Markets served: electronics, design, glass, mechanics, automotive.

Search, qualification and management of suppliers for extrusion lines, injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment and accessories for the plastics processing industry. A dedicated facility acting as an extension of the Client's purchasing department, on European (IT, DE-AT, TR) and Asian (CN, IN, TW-KR) markets.
