CQA System Sas, since 2004, has been operating in the rapid prototyping and pre-series sector in collaboration with a partner company with thirty years of experience. We produce prototypes and pre-series of technical parts for geometric and functional testing.
The service
On the Client's request we can manage the entire product development process: from design, through the various prototyping and pre-series phases, to delivery of the mathematical models required to manufacture series production moulds.

How we work
| 01 | Project brief | Collection of technical specifications, functional requirements and process constraints for subsequent industrialisation. |
| 02 | Design analysis | Verification of technical feasibility and Design for Manufacturing suggestions based on the planned moulding or machining process. |
| 03 | 3D modelling | Creation of the final mathematical CAD model in the format required by the Client or by the moulding partner. |
| 04 | Prototyping | Production of the prototype with the most suitable technology depending on the testing required (geometric, functional, assembly). |
| 05 | Pre-series | Production of a small batch to validate the product under conditions close to those of final production. |
| 06 | Industrialisation | Delivery of the mathematical models and technical data required for series production mould construction. |
Integration with the other CQA divisions
The Prototyping division integrates naturally with the Consulting division for the qualification of product development processes according to ISO 9001, and with the Global Sourcing division for the subsequent search for industrial suppliers (mould makers, equipment manufacturers, extrusion and injection line builders) for the industrialisation of the product.
